Oh, Isn’t that just the worst????? I cant STAND a poorly poached egg, and the waiters are always so baffled when you asked for a well done/hard poached egg! Makes me so angry! I almost refuse to order them, but the the hope of a well poached egg takes over…I;ve missed brunch…
