I see the problem now. The pear reading his book did not point strongly enough at it. If he had pointed with great firmness he might have gotten his point across! That was a timid point. Let it be a lesson to all pears to point with great distinction!!!

Oh god. I have this problem so bad! I’m trying to enforce a rule in my house that says that when I’m locked in my room, I’m either singing in the shower or reading a book, and in both cases no one is allowed to disturb me unless the house is on fire or somebody died.
Unfortunately, my campaign isn’t going so well.
