Last year I made this comic about taking Easter photos of Beatrice (my rabbit). I redid it in black and white for the mini comic Pear and Rabbit.
This year, I wanted to share some of the pictures of Beatrice.
As evidenced in this behind the scenes video, Beatrice will not be stereotyped! She does not like eggs, and she does not like Easter! Despite her reluctance, we got some very cute pictures.

Aw bless her. Clearly she was hoping for some Easter carrots. And how on earth did you persuade her to wear the ribbon?

Haha. She got quite an abundance of greens after these pictures. She is really a very sweet rabbit, despite being a tad difficult at times. Getting her to wear the bow was very difficult! I patted her excessively, then quickly propped the bow on her head and took a picture. She’d give me about three seconds before shaking the bow off and chewing it.

Love the photo of her in the bow… You can almost see the disdain in her eyes! She’s a spunky bunny, for sure, and her Karate moves against the invading Easter eggs were fierce. 😀

Hahaha. Yes, she is something! The funny thing is, she doesn’t mind when I take pictures of just her– she even holds a pose sometimes, but as soon as I try to introduce any prop, she’ll have none of it! Her reaction to the eggs, however, was truly over the top!
