I have been working paper back my comics for a long time esp last few weeks. Even manufacture at local printer for self sell is cost prohibitive and whole endeavor so disappointing.

I know what you mean. It’s taken me a while to figure out the cheapest option for print… And I still haven’t fully. I printed these myself, using a duplex laser printer. It’s great for black and white, but not so much for the colored pencil drawings. I did manage to find a good printer locally as well– but it was ultimately cheaper to print and bind them myself (if not more time consuming). It takes time and a lot of trail and error to find a good printer. Keep at it!
I work in publishing, and I can say that print is always cost prohibitive for everyone!
